Crafted with Care
Founded in 2018, Ember & Oak began with a simple belief: that exceptional coffee should never come at the cost of people or planet. We partner directly with smallholder farmers across Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala, paying fair prices that sustain communities and preserve traditional growing methods.
Every batch is roasted in small quantities on our vintage Probat drum roaster, where our master roasters coax out the unique character of each origin. The result? Coffee that tells a story in every sip — from the misty highlands where it grew to the warm hearth where it is served.

Oak-Smoked Latte

$5.00Single-origin beans ground to order and brewed with precision on our ceramic V60 drippers. Choose from three rotating seasonal origins.
Wood-Fired Pastries
$4.50+Baked each morning in our custom oak-fired oven. Try the cinnamon cardamom roll, sourdough croissant, or seasonal fruit galette.
Hearth Cold Brew
$5.50Slow-steeped for 18 hours in oak barrels. Naturally sweet with notes of dark chocolate and toasted walnut. Served over hand-cut ice.
Smoked Hot Chocolate
$5.50Single-origin cacao from Madagascar, gently smoked and finished with house-made vanilla marshmallow and cocoa dust.
Heritage Tea Service
